This is my go to recipe for scalloped potatoes,I’ve made it several times and it always turns out great! I added about 2/3 cup of cream cheese and minced garlic as well as ham. Having it for dinner tonight, can’t wait 🤤

I'd suggest using truffle infused olive oil for the initial rub!. You can get a bottle for around $30 (here in Canada) and it goes a LONG way!, sooo aromatic and flavorful!. Works awesome on ANY meat!. Try it, along with maybe some black bean sauce, and garlic plus spice!. SOOOOOOOOOOO tasty!. :)

Well at least the pecans will hide the fact that you mixed several orange sections with visible seeds. Maybe the crunch of the nuts will help
